The year of 2019! 

2019 has been a fruitful year in business! Lots of new businesses have opened up, and e-commerce businesses have been known to be one of the most successful types of business. Not only was 2019 brilliant in business, but also in technology! Some trends have made us feel that the world is really getting smarter everyday; that’s why today we decided to talk about some of the technical trends that took us thinking “Wow, this is huge!”. 

5 Technical Trends in 2019!

Here are some of those trends we mentioned above, most of them are familiar to us, but let’s dig a little deeper to know more about each of them; 

  1. Artificial Intelligence (AI): 2019 has been the year of artificial intelligence, the rate of which it has been used in this past year was a lot! People were amazed by how machines would interact with human attributes- speaking, reading, seeing, and even recognising emotion!

  2. Augmented Reality (AR): Systems that combine real-time 3D vision, sound, haptics, location data and even other senses such as smell...etc. As well as it enables people to immerse themselves somewhere else, react to what's around them and alter their virtual environment in real time.

  3. Automation: Robots and Robotics go back to the 1960s, but automation nowadays has been evolving with everything! Smart homes, smart offices, everything is now automated to eliminate human efforts and errors as much as possible!

  4. Internet of Things (IoT): The Internet of Things is a system of interrelated computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, objects, animals or people that are provided with unique identifiers and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction.

  5. Blockchain: More like the other technical trends, blockchain has been here for a while, but what highlighted its use in 2019, is the e-currencies like Bitcoin and Libra. It is a secure system for recording and verifying transactions and storing trusted records.

Technically summing up 2019....

The year of 2019 was awesome for people in the technical and software industry! It introduced so many new trends that would change the map of technology in the upcoming near future! We’re so glad that technology is changing our life in a smarter way, and as we always say, Technology is invading the world and we’re with it!
